Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go. Here’s how to permanently delete your Socrati account and all associated data.
From the App
- Open the Socrati app
- Go to the Profile tab
- Scroll down to the Account section
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion when prompted
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your profile and authentication credentials
- All courses you created and their lesson content
- Uploaded source materials (PDFs, images, links)
- Learning progress, exercise scores, streaks, and achievements
- Audio files generated for your lessons
- Subscription entitlements (you must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play)
Important: Cancel your subscription first
If you have an active Pro subscription, please cancel it through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions.

If you are unable to access the app or need assistance, you can request account deletion by emailing us at support@socrati.app from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
